Hypno: Here's one more blogwork exercise for you. ;)

Tense Practise: Present Perfect Continuous (also called Present Perfect Progressive)

1) I have been _____ for the last 5 hours. (to sleep).

2) How long _____ you _____ _____ that newspaper? (to read)

3) She has _____ _____ for 30 minutes. (to wait)
