Hi Kip,
from this video I learned, how to handle with a box in Second Life.
It showed me different ways to get the things in the box in my inventory.
For me, the most useful tip was:
"Never wear a box but unpack it" because it`s the most frequently mistake from all Newbies - me inclusive ;).
